Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid plans of the CFA L1 AI Prep Chrome extension. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Money-back windows

• Pro Monthly and Pro Annual: full money-back refund if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• Lifetime: full money-back refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.
• The Free tier is never charged, so there is nothing to refund.

Cancellation

Cancelling a Pro subscription stops the next renewal and is effective from the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then. Cancellation on its own is not a refund of the current period; to request money back, use the money-back window above.

How to request a refund

Email hello@cfa-l1-prep.com from the address used at purchase, with your order or receipt details. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds to your original payment method.

Payment processing

Purchases of CFA L1 AI Prep are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
